Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products. Some products may have different return periods:

The return period starts from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Original Packaging

Item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

Unused Condition

Product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Proof of Purchase

Order number or receipt is required for all returns

Within Return Period

Return request must be initiated within the specified return period

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Screen protectors that have been opened or applied
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items with visible damage or wear
  • Products missing serial numbers or UPC
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earphones and screen protectors may have special return conditions.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the refund process works as follows:

Total estimated time: 7-12 business days from approval to refund

Bulk Order Returns

For bulk orders (10+ items of the same product):

  • Returns are accepted within the standard 7-day period
  • Refund is calculated based on the average price paid per item
  • If you return items and the remaining quantity drops below the bulk threshold, you still receive the bulk price refund for returned items
  • Bulk discount is applied proportionally to all items, including returns
Example:

You buy 10 chargers @ Rs. 100 each (bulk price, original Rs. 120). Total paid: Rs. 1000.

If you return 4 chargers: Refund = Rs. 400 (Rs. 100 × 4). The remaining 6 chargers are still valued at Rs. 100 each.
